ZOOM Fitness Classes

Get fit in the comfort of your own home! Jennifer is a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Barre Fitness Instructor, Zumba Instructor and has been teaching in the Fitness Industry for 25+ years.

Classes are $5/class. Sign up and pay by 8pm the night before and then roll out of bed to start your day off putting you first. Emphasis is always on Posture and Alignment. 3 classes to choose from:

GOOD MORNING STRETCH- Posture and Alignment class with self-massage and corrective exercise techniques. Feel taller literally within the hour. Classes are MONDAYS 7:30p and WEDNESDAYS 7:30am. (PLEASE NOTE TIMES ADJUST FOR JUNE-AUGUST-please see calendar for times) Preferred equipment: Chair, Mat, Foam Roller, 2 Tennis Balls, Theraband

BARRE FITNESS- Stretch/Tone/Strengthen your entire body. No ballet training necessary to join. MONDAYS 8:45am, TUESDAYS 8:15am, WEDNESDAYS 8:45am. Preferred equipment: Chair, Mat, Bender Ball (available for sale)

Hand Weight & Core: Build strength using your own resistance and 3 to 5 pound weights. Develop your body from your spine out. Preferred equipment: Chair, Mat, Hand Weights, Bender Ball (available for sale)
