Good Morning Stretch

Good Morning Stretch will wake you up and make you feel taller, stronger and toner all within the hour. Offered two days a week, take one or both. May take along with Barre fitness and Hand Weights and core to start any morning off right!

Attire for class is workout clothing, class is done barefeet.

Jennifer is an Corrective Exercise Specialist who uses Self-Massage techniques in class with the use of a foam roller and 2 tennis balls. These items are optional however, clients who have used them in classes have found them incredibly helpful.

YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS BY 8pm the night before. If this is your first class, you must contact Jennifer to get yourself properly set up for class.

Equipment: Yoga Mat, Chair for balance. Highly suggested: Foam Roller, Two Tennis Balls, & Bender Ball (ball available for purchase-as for details).
