This is an hour dance class specifically designed for pregnant moms and moms with newborns. Basic dance movements are derived from belly dancing, latin dancing, and african.
Finally a dance class specifically designed for expectant mothers and their newborns that is safe and a ton of fun. Mom's wear their newborns in a sling during class. Come and join us for a free demonstration class on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 11-12noon. Jennifer is an ex-labor and delivery RN with 8 years experience as well as a certified DONA doula.
This free demonstration class will be videotaped for certification requirements. You must call Jennifer to register for this FREE class at 410-757-8860. Maximum of 10 ladies.
